Tulsa Show 2020
Jerry,
The Tulsa show will be June 26 & 27 at the St James Presbyterian Church, 11970 S Elm, Jenks, OK.
Club President, Beverly Harris will probably add to this info. I just wanted you to know that we are paying attention.
Are you planning to try and attend? Looks like a pretty good drive to get here.

offer to help
J.R. I will make sure that Beverly is aware of your offer.
The job of picking and contacting players can be tough for one person, I'm not sure how well it would work with more than one. Missed communications and misunderstandings could be a real problem.
What did you have in mind?

Just offering to help Rick. But I had sent her(Beverly) information for my friend Henry Matthews in Texarkana and told her he would like to come if he got a letter soon so he could make other arrangements. He plays most every weekend. He has played our OSGA show before. He is still waiting to here from her. This was 3 or 4 weeks ago. I sent her another reminder note and I am still waiting to here back from her. I was just saying I have time, I am retired now and will be glad to help any way I can. But time is running out. The show will be here before you turn around and letters of invitation to pickers need to be sent out. Please Folks, don't get on my case because I am not on Beverly's case, just trying to help. She has done an excellent job in the past and I am quite sure she will keep it up. J.R. Rose

Schedules
JR, We had so many players last year that we had to add time to the beginning and end of the day to accommodate everyone. We had a great show and hope to have everyone again this year. If we have any cancellations, I'll let you know. I'll get started on the schedule pretty soon. The show is toward the end of June (June 26 and 27. Thanks for your offer to help. We are going to be selling business card advertisements for $50, with checks made out to OSGA. If you have or know any businesses who would like to support our cause this year, please do so.
