The Campbell Brothers and Rose?

Post by b0b »

I've added two more Arhoolie CDs to the Forum catalog. First, a Rose Maddox CD that has Jay Dee Maness all over it:

Next is another of producer Bob Stone's Sacred Steel series. Chuck Campbell is one of hottest players of that bluesy gospel style.

Click the pictures above to read about (and hopefully purchase) these two great CDs.

Bob I have heard that Rose Maddox title is a must have. Speaking of the Arhoolie label, may i also recomend their disk of Adolf Hoffner

Thanks for the tip, Janice. I'll ask about it with my next Arhoolie order.

You don't run into a lot of Amercian kids named Adolf in the last 50 or 60 years.
