String stops back of guitar with bottom load bridge

I had a bottom load guitar a while back and I'm thinking of building a guitar with a bottom load bridge. I recall there being metal inserts that go in the holes in the back to stop the ends of the strings but I don't remember what they are called and I have no idea how to look up a supply for them. Can anyone help?
